F.A.Q.??? FREQUENTLY ASKED
QUESTIONS
??? We
hope you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions
helpful. Please feel free to contact us with any other questions that you
may have. What
kind of paper and ink is used? We
use a soft gloss paper for all wrappers and 1-sided High Gloss Cardstock for our
scratch off tickets. Laser printing
is used so that your items are smudge-proof. Although it may cost us more to use these
quality products, the end result is a better wrapper and happy
customer. How
quickly are the orders processed and shipped?
Your
“proof
design” will be emailed to
you
within 2-3 business days after receipt of your
order. The
proof
is sent to you to review and approve. We
will have most orders shipped within three business days after you have approved
the sample design. If it is a rush, your order will ship the next day
after the sample is approved, however, “rush” charges will apply as specified on
our pricing page. How
are orders shipped? All
orders, excluding “Rush” orders, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. “Rush” orders are shipped via USPS 1-2
day delivery. In the warmer months
(May through September) we ship the “wrappers only” for personalized bars to
eliminate the possibility of chocolate melting. We DO NOT ship wrapped bars during those
months. You are able to purchase the candy at your local warehouse club or other
retail locations. How
do I add a photo? All
photos can be sent via email as .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .png files. If you cannot email the photo you
may mail it to us at Wrap It With Style, P.O. Box 1072, Kings Park, NY
11754 and we will send it back with your completed order. We do not charge any additional fees for
adding photos to your wrappers.
**We cannot use any copyrighted photos or designs without the written
consent of the photographer/photo studio or artist. However, we can design a wrapper to fit
your theme using the same colors or similar background objects and
fonts. *For
best results, please allow us to crop your photo for you. Also note, files saved
at higher resolutions will assure better prints. How
has Hershey’s ® changed their wrapper? Hershey’s
® now covers the ends of their bars with continuous brown plastic and
crimped edges, no longer using the silver foil. Since most customers
prefer the foiled end look, we include silver or gold foils with every
order free of charge. Our foils will help
turn this:

How
do you wrap the bars for the foiled look and the ends covered look? To
start, we use double-sided tape instead of glue sticks. The double sided tape has proven to be
more durable and less messy than the glue. If you order the “wrappers only”, we
will have self-adhesive tabs placed in the correct spots so you only have to
peel off the protective backing and press to seal. You do not need to use any
additional products when wrapping.
Therefore, you only need to follow these simple
steps: Place
the foil shiny side down and wrap the bar like a present. Transparent Scotch tape is
recommended.
Then,
place the wrapper around the foil wrapped bar, remove the paper backing from the
adhesive tabs and adhere the ends to each other.
You
now have your wrapped candy bar completed.
